Cabin D635
The cabin was very nice. Plenty of room to get around. The curtain shown in the picture and on the HAL site implies that it can be used for privacy. In fact in this cabin it was only a decorator panel and could not be closed. Maybe in a cabin equipped for third/fourth passenger it is real. This was a surprise that we just lived with.
Suitcases fit under the beds without much effort. The drawers and closets were large enough to hold our belongings even with the excess items we packed. Between the bathroom and the mirror area over the desk, we could get ready without much trouble.
There room was fairly quiet, but you could hear neighbors when they were loud. The concern we had being below the promenade deck chairs was not a problem.
The cabin had a control for listening to music or tuning to the announcement channel. This came in very handy when we were touring various sights.
