In general the ship was very nice. There was one elevator that did not work well and I was surprised it was left in service. The doors would not close properly and you had to push on them to close. The ship was kept clean and tables were cleared fairly quickly. There did not seem to be a shortage of staff.
The ship was decorated very tastefully - not too bright or garish. There were lots of surprise with pieces of art to be found in various locations throughout the ship.
The ship never felt crowded even with the few times we did have to wait in line for something. Deck chairs were always available.
