ActivitiesStardust TheaterThis is the primary show venue. We never had a problem finding a seat even if we arrived late. Kids were requested to not be seated in the first three rows. These rows are below stage level, and are difficult to see from, so remained fairly available. The theater also has the great looking balconies. What was the designer thinking. Over half of the seating in the balconies is not usable. The second rows and the seats that are towards the stern in each balcony often cannot see large portions of the stage. The main floor seating uses the "stadium" seating standard, which ensure that the row in front will not block your view. We sat both in the rear and near the front, and always felt it was a good seat. (Photo) The sound system was good when working. They did have a few sound problems during one of the shows. DiningAquaDuring our trip Aqua and Versailles shared the same menu each time I checked. We ate here our first night on board and enjoyed our meals. (Photo 1, Photo 2 - Menu) For more menus look here. Seats 392 Le BistroIt is a small intimate setting and a tradition on NCL's ships. The food and service are great, and the quiet setting is a nice place for a relaxing meal. An extra charge is applicable. (Photo - Menu) We ate here our second night. Food was very good as we were expecting. The mushroom soup very good. My wife said the escargot was very good. I would have liked to have seen more French pastries on the desserts. Seats 66 SoHo RoomPacific Rim venue that was recommended as the best food on ship during the Cruise Critic meeting. There is an extra fee here. Our schedule did not allow us to sample the cuisine here. (Photo - Menu) Seats 132 VersaillesBreakfast, lunch and dinner are served here. Very ornate and pretty to look at. The chocolate buffet was held here too. This was our daughters' favorite place to eat. They liked the "fancy" place over Aqua. (Photo - Menu) For more menus look here Entrance is located on deck 7. Take note of the rest rooms located inside the dining room. We missed them until the second to last day. Seats 384 Bars and ClubsDazzlesNightclub and lounge for the evening enjoyment. During the day the Art Auction took place in here. (Photo 1, Photo 2) Seats 371 Wine CellarWine tasting, display and sales. Very small, so don't plan on spending a lot of time here. Never did see any action here, so can't say how well it worked. (Photo) Seats 10 Gatsby's Champagne BarGatsby's also has a piano for atmosphere music. Nice place to sit even during the day. Ginza looks down into this area and a staircase from deck 7 is here that is not shown on the deck plans. (Photo) Seats 76 Havana ClubOffers hand-rolled premium cigars, cognacs and spirits.
